1. Post Name – SI (Staff Nurse) for Female
No. of Vacancies – 48 (UR-24, OBC-14, SC-07, ST-03)
Required Qualification – Candidates should possess qualification below.

• Should be a 12th passed in science and Diploma in General Nursing and having valid Nursing registration.

Age Limit – Should be between 21-30 years as on 31st August 2012.
Salary Figure – Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- per month.
2. Post Name – ASI (Pharmacist / Radiographer / OT Technician / Dental Technician)
No. of Vacancies – 33 posts (for discipline wise details below).

• Pharmacist-18 (UR-09, OBC-04, SC-03, ST-01), Radiographer-10 (UR-05, OBC-01, SC-01, Ex-servicemen-01), OT Technician-02 (UR), Dental Technician-03 (UR)

Required Qualification – Candidates should possess qualification below.

• Should have Intermediate passed in Science and should be Diploma in relevant trade.

Age Limit – Should be between 20 to 30 years as on 31/08/2012.
Salary Figure – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- per month.
3. Post Name – Head Constable (Steward)
No. of Vacancies – 03 (UR)
Required Qualification – Candidates should possess qualification below.

• Should be 10th passed from recognized board and should be Diploma in Catering Kitchen Management.

Age Limit – Should be between 18-25 years as on 31/08/2012.
Salary Figure – Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- per month.
4. Post Name – Constable (Lab Assistant / Ayah / Masalchi / Table Boy)
No. of Vacancies – 74 posts (for Trade wise details below).

• Lab Assistant-58 (UR-21, OBC-19, SC-08, ST-05, Ex-servicemen-05), Ayah-08 (UR-05, OBC-02, SC-01), Masalchi-06 (UR-05, OBC-01), Table Boy-02 (UR)

Required Qualification – Candidates should possess qualification below.

• Should be 10th passed from recognized board and should be Diploma in relevant field.

Age Limit – Should be between 18 to 25 years as on 31st August 2012.
Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay pf Rs. 2000/- per month.
Required Physical Standard – Refer below.

• Height (Male) – 170 cm.
• Height (female) – 157 cm.
• Chest (Male) without 05 cm extension – 80 cm.
• Female – Not required.

 Selection Process – Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Exam, Trade Test and Medical Exam.
Application Fee – Candidates need to pay of Rs. 50/- as application fee through IPO should be addressed to ‘ DIG (Medical), Composite Hospital, SSB Tezpur (Assam) ’ if candidates applying for SI & ASI jobs for rest others jobs means HC or Constable DD should be endorsed to ‘Accounts Officer, SHQ, SSB Gorakhpur’ .
